Additional fees (not included in the rental price):
- Cleaning & Guest Services Fee: €220 per stay (includes final cleaning, as well as check-in and check-out services).
- Tourist Tax: Charged at the current local rate and remitted to the municipality.
CHeck-in & check-out
Check-in : From 4:00 PM. A personal welcome is arranged to introduce you to the property.
Check-out : By 10:00 AM. This allows us to prepare the villa to our high standards for our next guests.
Terms & Conditions:
- Security Deposit: A deposit of €1,000 is required for each stay (full villa rental). This will be collected prior to your arrival and refunded at the end of your stay.
- Property Inspection: A walkthrough inventory and condition report will be conducted upon both arrival and departure.
- Direct Bookings: For all direct bookings, a formal rental agreement will be signed between both parties.
Property Guidelines
- Capacity: Up to 6 guests (8 possible upon request with the additional sofa bed in the lounge).
- Important Note: The property is not ideally suited for young children due to the layout of the house around the pool (no security fence) and the presence of stairs.
- House Rules: This is a strictly non-smoking property (indoors). Pets are not allowed.
- Quiet Hours & Tranquility: To preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, parties and events are strictly prohibited.

Yes, you have 2 private parking spaces within the property. Please note that as the villa is built into the hillside, the driveway is quite steep and may be challenging depending on your vehicle type. Free public parking spaces are also available in the immediate vicinity.
Yes, the main living area and the two upper-floor bedrooms are air-conditioned. The ground-floor bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan; being partially built into the rock, it remains naturally cool throughout the summer.
Yes, during the summer season, you may rent one or two individual guest rooms with access to the pool, garden, and outdoor kitchen.
